Initial appointments are 60 minutes, giving plenty of time for a detailed assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Follow-up appointments are 50 minutes, allowing time to review your progress and continue your rehabilitation.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement and access to the area being assessed. For example, shorts are helpful for lower limb injuries and a vest or loose-fitting top is useful for shoulder or neck problems.
